Is Korely Free really free? +

Yes. The local-first vault, unlimited notes, hybrid search, knowledge graph, basic meeting recording, MCP server, is free forever. No card required, no trial expiry.

What do I get with Pro? +

Pro adds cloud features: Deepgram transcription with speaker diarization, post-meeting AI recap, built-in AI chat with GraphRAG over your vault, cloud sync across devices, cloud MCP, and the Telegram capture bot.

What is Max? +

Max is a single-seat plan for heavy users: same features as Pro but with double the AI chat credits and double the transcription minutes per month, plus direct founder support.

Do I need an account to use Korely Free? +

No. Free runs entirely on your machine. You only create an account if you decide to upgrade to Pro for cloud features.

Can I cancel anytime? +

Yes. Pro and Max are month-to-month, you can downgrade to Free at any time and keep using the local vault forever.

Where are my notes stored? +

On your machine, as plain Markdown files in a folder you choose. Free has no cloud component. Pro adds optional cloud sync on top, your local vault remains the source of truth.

Can I switch from Pro back to Free? +

Yes. Cancel anytime and your vault keeps working locally. You stop paying, you keep your notes, your graph, your MCP server, and the basic meeting recorder.
